Nanoemulsified DIM contains highly-bioavailable diindolylmethane, a compound derived from indole-3-carbinol that is found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and kale. DIM – Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) is a phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables. Once consumed, I3C is converted into DIM via the action of stomach acid.
